See the exotic development for id delivery. Considering the developments made by Dubai govt. this is possible though I haven't received Emirates ID through drone delivery. However it is a good technological idea for future. In the video an Emirati selects the option of ID card delivery through drone from his smart phone. The officer at Id card office prints the card and send it through the drone. The drone then lands in the yard of Emirati and he takes the card from the wallet of unmanned drone and the robot flight flies back to the office.
